David has produced a number of seats, as prototypes for
specialist car manufacturers and as other one-offs. Take a look at the before and after pictures below. Nothing
is impossible! These seats are PVC with a leather face.

This is prototype seat for General Motors
which incorporates eight inflatables to give a perfect fit. It is trimmed
in Connolly hide on a Wilton carpet covered base. It was an interesting
challenge to make a seat covering that could move with the inflation and
deflation of the inner bladders.

A Lotus main dealer asked for their executive
office chair be recovered in dark green Connolly leather.

Occasionally David is asked to re-upholster
antique chairs. As the techniques are very similar to vintage car upholstery,
it makes a nice change. This piece has gold leaf detailing.

A motorbike seat, re-upholstered in leather.
